Lock Ridge Park Maternity Session
I met Sara and her sweet family last month for maternity photos. I love that she included not just her husband, but their older daughter, Georgia, in the session! I was almost 10 when my little sister was born, and I can still remember how excited I was, and how much I enjoyed having a new baby in the house at that age. It was easy to see how special this trio's family bond is, and I love how much Georgia obviously loves her mama. This new little baby is going to be one lucky little girl to be surrounded by so much love! Getting ready to welcome a new baby is always a special and exciting time, and I think that there is something extra special when sibling(s) are involved!
Sara liked the look of the different arches that Lock Ridge offers, and I have to agree with her! This is a great little spot, kind of hidden away, that has some green spaces, but also some really cool architecture that has a vibe of its own. Their session was in the middle of our sweltering summer heat wave, but they were champs! It had rained before our session, and thankfully the skies cleared up a bit for us, but we ended the session in the rain again. I am really appreciative of their good attitudes throughout the entire session though, despite the cloudy skies and misty rain. I am excited to meet their little addition in a few weeks!
